This presentation will include an overview of the 2021 AMGA compensation and productivity survey. The presenters will discuss pay trends year-over-year and the impacts of COVID on production and compensation levels in 2020. They will also offer thoughts on how the change in work RVU weights for 2021 will be addressed in next year’s survey.
