  • Did you know? 60% of people in the U.S. live with at least one chronic condition, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. Join the challenge with fellow AMGA members and supporters and move 70 miles in 30 days throughout June for Chronic Disease Awareness Month. Walk, run, practice yoga, cycle, or swim — every mile supports healthier communities and stronger chronic care outcomes.
