The webinar will discuss the 2024 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rule and the 2024 Advance Rate Notice, including updates to MA plan enrollee access to behavioral health care providers, mid-year enrollee notifications for available supplemental benefits, new standards for MA special supplemental benefits for the chronically ill (SSBCI), and requirement that MA plans incorporate health equity into their analyses of utilization management (UM) policies and procedures.
