Hear how CommonSpirit leveraged virtual patient navigators and an artificial intelligence (AI) product to conduct outreach in areas with some of the lowest national vaccination rates. Navigators connected with more than 20,000 patients—mostly in their preferred language—to encourage vaccination or determine their status. AI was integral to this successful vaccination campaign.
