Objectives:
1. Understand the issue of vaccine hesitancy in lower income communities and communities of color
2. Identify two tactics medical groups and health systems may utilize to address vaccine hesitancy in lower income communities and communities of color
3. Recognize opportunities for medical groups and health systems to develop community and faith based partnerships to improve vaccine access and education in lower income communities and communities of color.
